Quick steps

Credits can take a few minutes to 24–48 hours. Check your earnings or transaction history for Pending status.
Follow the task instructions exactly (same link, same account, complete all steps in one session).
For games: install from the task link, reach the required level, and keep the same device/account linked to Paidwork.
Disable ad blockers and allow pop-ups for Paidwork when doing ad or video tasks.
If credit still doesn’t appear after 24–48 hours, contact support with the task name and what you completed.

Not Receiving Credit for Tasks

Credit is often delayed by a few minutes or up to 24–48 hours. Check your earnings or transaction history for Pending — that means it's being processed. If you completed a task and still don't see credit:

Tasks Not Showing Up

If you can't find available tasks:

Tasks Marked as Incomplete

If tasks are marked incomplete:

Review the task requirements carefully
Ensure you completed all steps
Check if there's a time requirement you missed
Verify you reached required milestones
Make sure you didn't skip any instructions

Game Tasks Not Crediting

Game rewards often take 24–72 hours to credit. To avoid issues:

Install the game only from the link in the Paidwork task (don't use an existing install from another source)
Reach the exact level or objective stated in the task
Use the same device and account that's logged into Paidwork
Wait at least 24–48 hours for the game partner to report progress to Paidwork
Don't use VPNs or multiple accounts
