Login Problems
Common solutions to login issues and problems accessing your Paidwork account.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your password:
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for password reset instructions
- Click the reset link in the email
- Create a new password
- Log in with your new password
Wrong Email or Password
If you're getting "incorrect email or password" error:
- Check that Caps Lock is off
- Verify your email address is correct
- Make sure there are no extra spaces
- Try typing your password in a text editor to verify it
- Check if your account uses a different email
Account Locked
If your account is locked after multiple failed login attempts:
- Wait 15-30 minutes and try again
- Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password
- Contact support if the account remains locked
Email Not Verified
If you can't log in due to unverified email:
- Check your email inbox for verification email
- Check spam/junk folder
- Click the verification link in the email
- Request a new verification email if needed
Browser Issues
If login isn't working, try:
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Try incognito/private browsing mode
Two-Factor Authentication Issues
If you can't access your account with 2FA:
- Make sure you're entering the correct code
- Check that your device's time is synchronized
- Use backup codes if available
- Contact support if you lost access to your 2FA device
