Quick steps
- Verification: Use clear, valid documents that match your profile. Processing usually takes 24–48 hours.
- Can't log in? Use "Forgot password" or check your email for security alerts. Only one account per person is allowed.
- Restricted/suspended: Check your email for a message from Paidwork, then contact support to resolve.
- Payment method not saving: Complete account verification first, then add the method again with correct details.
Verification Problems
Verification usually takes 24–48 hours. In your account settings, open the verification section and submit the requested documents. If you're having trouble:
- Ensure documents are clear and readable
- Make sure documents are not expired
- Verify all information matches your account
- Submit high-quality photos (not screenshots when required)
- Wait for processing (usually 24-48 hours)
- Contact support if verification is rejected
Account Restricted or Suspended
Paidwork will email you at the address on your account. If your account is restricted or suspended:
- Check your email for notification about the restriction
- Review Paidwork's terms of service
- Contact support to understand the reason
- Provide any requested information
- Wait for account review to complete
Can't Update Profile
If you can't update your profile:
- Check if your account is verified
- Ensure all required fields are filled
- Try refreshing the page
- Clear browser cache
- Check if there are any pending changes
- Verify your account isn't restricted
Email Verification Issues
If you can't verify your email:
- Check spam/junk folder for verification email
- Request a new verification email
- Verify the email address is correct
- Check if email account is full
- Try a different email address if needed
Password Change Problems
If you can't change your password:
- Ensure new password meets requirements
- Check that old password is correct
- Try the "Forgot Password" option
- Clear browser cache and cookies

Payment Method Not Saving
If payment methods won't save:
- Verify all information is correct
- Check payment method is valid and active
- Complete any required verification
- Try removing and re-adding the method
- Ensure account verification is complete
