What if my request is denied

If your verification documents have been denied, there might be several possible causes:

• Scan quality: The scans you have submitted might be blurry, poorly lit or unreadable. In this case please repeat the verification process once again.
• Data does not match: If the data on your profile does not match with the data on the documents you have submitted, we cannot verify your identity. Please make sure that the data on the documents you want to submit matches with the data on your profile.
• Document unreadable: Please make sure that all documents you submit are in the .jpg, .png or .pdf format. Otherwise, we will not be able to open them.
