How to Change a Country

Changing Your Country

To update your country of residence:

  1. Log in to your account: Access your Paidwork account
  2. Go to Settings: Click on your profile icon and select "Settings"
  3. Navigate to Account: Go to the "Account" or "Personal Information" section
  4. Find Country Field: Locate the "Country" or "Country of Residence" field
  5. Select New Country: Choose your new country from the dropdown menu
  6. Save Changes: Click "Save" or "Update" to confirm the change

Verification Requirements

After changing your country, you may need to:

  • Verify your new location with identification documents
  • Update your payment information if necessary
  • Re-verify your account if required by the new country's regulations

Frequent Country Changes

If you frequently change your country setting, your account may be flagged for review. This helps us maintain security and prevent fraud. Ensure you only update your country to reflect your actual current location.

Can't Change Country?

If you're unable to change your country, it may be because:

  • You've changed it recently (there may be a cooldown period)
  • Your account is under review
  • Verification is required first
  • You have pending transactions

If none of these apply and you still can't change your country, please contact support.
